Pursuant to and by effect of the article no. 13 of D.Lgs no. 196/2003 (Privacy Data Code) and subsequent articles of the new EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (GDPR) applicable form May 25th 2018, We hereby inform you that your personal and sensitive data in our possession will be processed in accordance with current regulations and specifically as follows.

In accordance with the aforementioned articles concering the personal data, We inform you that the processing of these data will take place at the Data Controller headquarters INT. EX. Spa, 
in the person of the legal representative with the use of sofware procedures in the ways and within the limits necessary to pursue the aforementioned purposes.


1. Nature of the treated data and Purpose of the treatment
Your personal and fiscal identification data will be managed within the limits in which the processing of these information is necessary to comply with 
contractual obligations and for this purpose it is not necessary to collect your explicit consent.

2.Methods of data processing 
The personal data will be processed in a lawful way, with methods and tools to ensure maximum security and confidentiality, in full compliance with 
the general principels defined in the Privacy Code and pursuant to article no. 5 of the aforementioned GDPR Regulation, mainly with electronic and 
IT tools and stored on both IT and paper supports and on any other suitable type of support, in compliance with the appropriate security measures.


3.Data retention period
All the aformentioned personal data will be archived for the time necessary to fulfill the contractual obligations and for the fulfillment of any related legal obligations, without prejudice to the case in which the preservation for a longer duration it is prescribed by a legal obligation or necessary to ascertain, exercise or defend a right of the Company in court.


4. Subjects to whom personal data may be disclosed
The personal data related to the aforementioned processing will not be disseminated, however they can be communicated to:

a) Group company, named responsibiles external to treatment

b) External suppliers, named in charge or responsibiles external to treatmentof which the

writing part uses for the provision of services to computer systems and / or business consulting

c) Subjects to whom the right to access them is recognized by specific provisions of law or secondary or community legislation

The Third parties to whom the data are communicated, will operate as indipendent Data Controllers or they will be appointed as external processors to carry out the activities carried out in the name and on behalf of the Writing Party.

Where the Company uses service providers with offices in Third Countries outside the European Union, the same may need to transfer personal data to these Third Countries.

The aformentioned data tranfer will be processed in compliance with the legitimacy of the articles no. 42-44 d. lgs. 196/03 and the articles no. 44-47 Reg. Ue 679/2016

5.Rights of the interested Party
The rights referred to the articles no.15 and subsequent of the aformentioned Regulation (article no. 7 of the Privacy Code) are recognized to the interested parties and specifically the right to request the Data Controller the access to the personal data and to correct or delate them or the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning him/her, as well to oppose their treatment, in addition to the right to data portability.

In any case, the interested party can exercise the right to complain to the Data Controller Authority about privacy, if the conditions are met and in case of privacy violations.
